Entschuldige die späte Antwort. Es sieht so aus, als hättest du einen Breaking Bug beim Update. Du wirst leider in Inplace-Upgrade durchführen müssen.

Klicke auf dieser Seite auf "Jetzt aktualisieren" und hol dir dort das Media Creation Tool. Dort führst du das Tool aus und machst direkt ein Upgrade auf die neueste Version.

Meistens ist dabei auch ein Fehlercode. Ich denke ich weiß wo das Problem liegt, möchte damit aber sicher gehen

könntest du etwas näher ausführen, welche Windows-Version du benutzt, die genaue Build-Nummer wäre auch sehr hilfreich. Diese findest du unter Einstellungen - System - Info und dann unter Windows Spezifikationen.

Windows 10 hab ich schon mehrmals auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt, da nichts mehr Hilft, weder Problembehandlung noch sonstiges! 

Was kann ich noch Tun?
