Jede Woche bietet das Deals with Gold-Programm preisgesenkte Spiele an, die, ebenso wie die Games with Gold, nur für Xbox Live Gold-Mitglieder verfügbar sind. Jedoch befindet sich darunter auch der Spotlight Sale, welcher kein Abonnement benötigt und somit für alle zur Verfügung steht. Auf Larry Hrybs Blog „Major Nelson“ werden die Deals with Gold jede Woche bekanntgegeben. Ebenso gibt es auf der deutschen Xbox-Homepage eine Liste mit den in Deutschland verfügbaren Spielen, allerdings sind darin nur die Deals with Gold enthalten.
Die Auswahl an Titeln besteht sowohl aus Xbox One-Spielen als auch aus Xbox 360-Spielen. Während sich unter den Xbox One-Games gelegentlich auch Xbox Play Anywhere-Titel, Xbox One X Enhanced-Games oder Spiele aus dem Game Pass befinden, können auch abwärtskompatible Spiele aus dem Xbox 360-Angebot enthalten sein. Diese Woche gibt es Spiele wie DiRT 4, F1 2017, Fallout 4 oder Rainbow Six Siege.
Ebenfalls enthalten ist diese Woche der Spotlight Sale mit Spielen wie FIFA 18, STAR WARS Battlefront II und kostenlosen Inhalten zu Battlefield 1 und 4. Der Game Fest Sale, welcher Teil des Spotlight Sale ist bietet Angebote für Trials Fusion, LIMBO und Marvel vs. Capcom.
