Die Macher setzen offensichtlich auf die Modern-UI und stellen die App allen relevanten Prozessortypen zur Verfügung – somit bleibt auch das nicht außen vor. Allerdings kostet die WinZip App satte 6,49 Euro, weshalb jeder für sich entscheiden muss, ob ein Kauf lohnend ist.
Alternativen gibt es zum Glück auch, denn wer Zip-Dateien nur ein- und auspacken will, kann einfach die bereits integrierten Funktionen von Windows 8/RT nutzen.
